One of my favorite songs on Beyoncé’s album is “Grown Woman.” As an ambitious hard-working lady in my mid-20’s I can’t help but to feel confident and empowered when I listen to King B talk about all of the liberties that we have as women once we embrace, own and accept every facet of our wonderful existence!
I feel that exact same sense of self-love and awareness when I wear Beyoncé’s new ‘Rise’ fragrance.
In my previous post announcing this launch of this glamazing juice, I talked about how the scent is described as “a little bit more intimate and personal” than her previous fragrances. I absolutely agree with this description. I’m a fan of Bey’s other scents like ‘Heat’ and ‘Pulse’, but ‘Rise’ seems more mature. It’s subtle-yet-attention-grabbing and it lingers with just the right amount of intensity. I love the combination of its apricot, Italian bergamot, iced basil sorbet and Golden Symphony orchid top notes!
I definitely love the gold juice and accents on the the Ken Hirst bottle; it perfectly punctuates the scent’s empowering “rise of an empire” theme. ‘Rise’ is definitely one of my new go-to scents for the spring and summer season s, and I’m sure it will be a mainstay in my fragrance collection.
What do you think about Beyoncé’ ‘Rise’ fragrance?
