Hi B&B friends. I don’t know about you but over the past few months I’ve found myself taking a more holistic approach to beauty. I’ve been using healthier products, with all-natural ingredients especially for my hair and skin. So, of course I had to add Desert Essence to the mix!
Desert Essence is pretty much one of the best things to happen to my skin care routine in the past couple of weeks! Their products are vegan and contan ingredients such as Tea Tree Oil, Jojoba Oil, Shea Butter, Coconut and more. I was fortunate enough to stumble upon a package from the brands with a few fab samples to try. Here are my thoughts.
The Deset Essence Italian Lemon Soap Bar is pretty darn fab! It’s a brand new GMO-free exfoliating soap bar. What I love the most about this bar is that it is not rough on the skin and it smells great! I always love a citrusy-clean scnet and to have my skin smell that way is a plus.
I’m also a huge fan of the Peppermint Soap Bar. It smells ah-mazing and has a godd foaming lather that leaves skin velvety smooth.
The Desert Essence Coconut Hand and Body Lotion is my absolute favorite! I love the rich coconut smell and the creamy consistency is great–a little bit goes a long way. It definitely makes me feel like I should be lying on a beach somewhere soaking up some sun anytime I put it on. I keep it on my office desk; it’s an absolute beauty drawer essential!
There is a Coconut Travel Kit that contains Coconut Shampoo Travel Size, Coconut Conditioner Travel Size, Coconut Hand & Body Lotion Travel Size and
Coconut Body Wash Travel Size. I’m heading on vacation in two weeks and I might have to buy this kit to help me smell and look good along the way!
I’m usually not a big fruity fragrance kingd of girl but the Desert Essence Island Mango Hand and Body Lotion was soft and sweet–just how I like my scents! My favorite way to use this lotion was to apply it all over immediate after getting out of the shower. It has a thick, creamy texture, so I leave my skin a little damp and put a small amount in the palm of my hand and apply all over. Just like the Coconut lotion, a little bit goes a long way! Try this for instanly smooth skin!
