I’m soooo excited and not just because it’s Friday; I got my RiRi Boy, Heaux and RiRi Woo lipsticks from the RiRi Hearts MAC Summer Collection in the mail, and let’s just say that I’m loving my purchase! (MAC Cosmetics never ceases to amaze me with the speediness of their shipping. I ordered these products during the online sale on Tuesday and they arrived by Thursday.)
You know I’ve gotta give you the deets on what I think about these three new hues that Rihanna and MAC teamed up to create, so let’s get this beauty show on the road!

The first lippie that I tried was RiRi Boy. I was a little nervous that this shade would be too light for me but it surprised me with it’s adorableness. It’s a vibrant light purple (in the lavender family) that’s perfect for the Summer months.
Next, I swiped on Heaux. At first I wasn’t too thrilled about this color, but when I looked at it in natural light it grew on me. I definitely think this raspberry-hued lipstick is going to be a go-to for my days in the office and it’ll transition well into the Fall season.
Of course, I ordered another tube of RiRi Woo because it was love at first swipe. Since the collection’s limited-edition I figured I needed to have a spare on standby.
One thing that instantly stood out about RiRi Boy and Heaux was their consistency. Since these are all retro matte shades, I expected them all to apply somewhat dry (like RiRi Woo did), but these two applied smoother. Either way, I’m happy with all three lipsticks and I can’t wait to create some fun looks with them!
