I’ve been smizing… I’ve been smizing … Cues the beat to Beyonce’s Drunk In Love

B&B friend, I’m back with another beauty crush, and this time around I’m in super-duper, obsessive love! I tried products from the TYRA Beauty line for the first time ever, and I’m crushing pretty hard! Besides being created by one of the baddest baddies to ever walk the runway, grace magazine covers and TV screens, Tyra Banks, this line is full of healthy ingredients and they apply just as good as they look!

I was sent these goodies from TYRA Beauty’s PR team for review, and I’m here to share the tea on this line with you!

 

The first thing that caught my eye about this collection was the packaging–it’s has a very clean and has a luxe feel. I wouldn’t expect anything less from Tyra! I love the gold accents and that Tyra leaves her mark on every item from the collection by tagging them with her name.

Here are my thoughts on TYRA Beauty!

I love bold, red lips, so it was love at first swipe when I wore the TYRA Beauty Smooch as Silk Lip Color in the shade Tyra’s Favorite Red. This. Lippie. Is. Everything! It’s a poppy red with a gorgeous matte finish. It goes on very smooth and doesn’t feather at all. It legit stays put and doesn’t smudge and has awesome staying power. I wore it to a Mardi Gras party and it lasted the entire night even though I indulged in lots of food and drinks. I only had to refresh my pout once. I honestly think I had to reapply once. I paired this lipstick with Makeout Line Lip Liner in the shade Runway, which

It’s summer so of course, it’s important to glow up or go home, honey, and that’s where the Light In a Stick Highlighter in the shade Glow with the Flow comes into play. At first I was being a little shady towards this product. A lot of highlighters claim to work on any skintone and end up looking ashy on darker complexions. Well, there’s absolutely no shade for this product here–just shimmery, golden flickers of love! I know 2016 is all about having an amazing highlight, I actually love seeing my fellow beauty afficianodos beating their faces to golden perfection, I just never made it a go-to product in my beauty arsensal, but I kid you not when I say that I’ve been wearing this product all week long.

I simply swipe it onto my cheeks, nose, cupid’s bow, a little above the brows and the center of my forehead and blend using my fingers. Sometimetimes I use a sponge to blend, but withthis product patting it into my skin with my fingers seems like it gives me the best glow.

TYRA Beauty B.I.G Lashes Extending Mascara

Next up on the list of awesome products that I tried from TYRA Beauty are the B.I.G. Lashes Extending Mascara and B.I.G. Lashes Silk Extensions. When you pair these products they act as a lash extension system, and I can’t front, the name totes suits these product becasue my lashes were instantly longer after use. In case you were wondering B.I.G. means Beyond Insanely Ginormous, and the name really does suit these products.

If you’re wondfering what those hair-like things on the B.I.G Lashes Silk Extensions conditioning primer brush are, they’re micro silk extensions that help with building length. I’ve never seen a brush like this until now!

I definitely drank the Kool-Aid that the the super-fanatics who swear by this set were passingout becasue my eyelashes went from zero to fleeky real quick! Falsies, for what?!
