Ya’ll know I’m a sucker for just about anything Beyoncé-related and the entertainment/beauty mogul is back on the scene with a haute new fragrance called ‘Rise’ hitting stores this month!

As I was watching the commercial and listened to Beyoncé say “You will always rise” I oculdn’t help but think of one of my favorite Maya Angelou poems “Still I Rise.” Definitely excited to give it a whiff.
Queen Bey collaborated with with perfumer Loc Dong of International Flavors & Fragrances (IFF) for the scent, that is said to be “a little bit more intimate and personal” than her previous fragrances. It’s said to have have notes of apricot, Italian bergamot, iced basil sorbet and one of my fave scents… orchid. Of course this no ordinary orchid scents, it’s called “Golden Symphony,”
In addition to coming in 0.5 oz, 1.0 oz, and 1.7 oz bottles, the perfume also have accompanying body care.
