If I could had the opportunity to spend the day with any actress, Gabrielle Union would be my first choice!
I’ve always been a fan of the gorgeous, talented star of the BET series “Being Mary Jane” and she gave me even more of a reason to gush when I saw her on the cover of the December 2013 issue of Essence magazine.

Yesterday, Gabby celebrated her 41st birthday. (Yeah, you read that right!) She could clearly pass for 20-something with her toned body and pretty face! When I grow up, I wanna be able to pass for half my age too, y’all!
Her long-time beau Dwayne Wade stopped by her party and gifted her a championship ring. (He didn’t put a ring on that ring finger, just yet, but THAT is definitely still quite the huge, shiny ring!)
I can’t wait to snag my copy of this issue when it hits newsstands on November 8.
