Happy Wednesday, friends! I’ve been asked to participate in the Zephyrhills Feel Good Wednesdays campaign.
Wednesday is my second favorite day of the week (Of course Friday trumps it!) because it’ a reminder that you’re at the halfway mark before the weekend. One of my favorite ways to give myself a boost is with a high-energy workout workout session.
I love a high-intensity, kick-butt workout like Insanity or interval training on the elliptical. You burn tons of calories and release endorphins that give you the perfect energy boost. Definitely a feel good moment for me! I prefer to start my day this way because it sets the tone for the remainder of my day.

I love the feeling of doing a plank a day! It’s quite an effective “workout” and I’m getting my pre-baby mummy tummy back. I tried Insanity once and that was it. It was soooooo hard lol.
