MODA DOSSIER: What inspired you to merge your passions for business and a holistic luxury lifestyle to launch Cygalle Healing Spa? CYGALLE: I’ve following a healthy holistic approach for almost 20 years. I was inspired by a spa in Santa Cruz, Calif., and wanted to do something a little mote tailored to an urban environment that can be stressful like New York and teach them how to be healthy and live longer and feel better. There are real results from this approach, of exercising, eating right and improving your spiritual health. I was inspired by the wellness community and I’m passionate to share my knowledge.
Spa management is not an industry that we hear a lot about in the mainstream. What inspired you to go into this industry and how have you acquired success along the way? Originally, I wanted to be the holistic Bliss Spa where I would partner with hotels and resorts, so the spa management came out of that. The holistic approach is growing in popularity and is going global. I naturally incorporated my marketing company into it to maximize exposure and get more business going.
