Miley brought a bit of a rocker edge to the look with her sleek hair and glitzy eye makeup.
She paired the chic dress with Saint Laurent shoes and Lorraine Schwartz jewels.
Overall, I gotta say she slayed in this dress. She didn’t over-accessorize and let the nay-sayers know that she looks just as good in a high-fashion gown as she does in booty shorts and a cropped top. HAUTE!
