This post is for all of the Monsters out there! A few days ago, everybody’s favorite over-the-top fashionista, Lady Gaga, strutted her stuff in black peplum Balenciaga pants and a Balenciaga Fall 2013 white turtleneck sweater with a crackled texture. She accessorized the look with one black and one white Balenciaga pump on each foot and a pair of fly Tom Ford aviator sunglasses.
I’m not in love with this jet black lacefront wig that she’s wearing, but the “Applause” singer channeled her inner Cruella De Vil by sticking with a black and white theme.
This ensemble was quite chic and refined and much more low-key than what we’ve seen the singer wear in the past. While I enjoy indulging in the hoopla regarding her more outlandish costumes, I like seeing her rocking more polished looks.
I really like the way that she styled these peplum pants and I can definitely see myself replicating this look during the Autumn months. (Minus the mixing of black and white shoes… not really my steez, but it’s to be expected from Gaga!)
The verdict is out and I say…Gaga is giving it to the kids with this look. HAUTE!
