Comfort Zones Are for Suckers

When was the last time you did something outside of your comfort zone and how did it make you feel?

This question has been resonatimg with me lately.

Comfort zones are all fine-and-dandy, but it’s pure insanity to think things will change if you continue the same routine day after day.

This week I’m challenging myself to be more proactive about following-up after meeting people. Last week, I was in NYC for business meetings where I met several smart, driven women. We initially bonded and had the common chit-chat of “We’ll have to link up/let’s do happy hour.”

How many times have you had these conversations and never followed-up? I’ve been there too!

This time around I decided to be a woman of my word. So, I sent personal follow-up emails to each one of the phenomenal women that I met, and although this is a small gesture it feels like a big win! (Kinda like me wearing a cropped top a few months post-baby! LOL)

What are you doing to step outside of your comfort zone this week?

Ciao Bellas,
