I LOVE clothes and I LOVE shopping my own closet for great staples. It helps me appreciate the items that I own and saves me from putting a dent in my pocket. People often ask me where I get different articles of clothing from and most of the time it’s a thrift store or an item that I happened to stumble upon in my closet.
We all have fashion secrets that help define our personal style, and today, I’m sharing some of my style confessions with you.
Confession #1: I’m kinda obsessed with this vegan leather skirt that I got from Zara last Winter (similar). I pretty much wear it year-round because it’s so flirty and versatile (and because fashion rules are made to be broken.
Confession #2: I visited my parents a few weekends ago and found a few fashion jewels that I had completely forgotten about. My childhood bedroom is filled with shoe racks (They literally line the walls of the place), so I grabbed a few pairs to give to a friend. I put these Steve Madden leopard print wedges (similar) in the bag of items that I was going to give her, but something inside of me couldn’t part with them!
I’ve probably worn these shoes once since I purchased them a few years back and I keep wondering why I let them sit at my parents’ house that whole time. They’re so fun!
Confession #3: This sequined Folio shirt from Saks 5th Avenue (See how I wore it here.) is my favorite Goodwill find. It’s so perfect for when I want to add some sparkle to my look and this champagne color makes it easy to dress it up or down.
I’ll wear it until every sequin falls off!
Ciao Bellas,
Adore this outfit! The leather skirt gives a hardness to a very feminine silhouette and its gorgeous!
